UX System Jobs Run Recurring System Jobs (Flows) in PowerApps INTERNAL USE ONLY With the introduction of Microsoft Flow in Power Apps, UX Online 365 recurring system jobs are now managed using ‘Flow recurring processes’ in the Alliance by Protech Schedules solution in PowerApps. Only users designated as an Admin User have access to PowerApps for the respective environments. The following six recurring system jobs are now managed using Microsoft Flow in UX Online 365. • Engagement Nightly Process • MX Nightly Process • Nightly Capture Process • Nightly Process • Renewal Billing Nightly Process • Professional Development Nightly Process Only the Nightly Process, the Renewal Billing Nightly Process, and the Professional Development Nightly Process are available as a ‘manual trigger’ job types available from the UX Online 365 user interface (Settings > UX Manager > UX System Jobs). Job type for manually created UX System Job records Manual Nightly Trigger Manual Renewal Nightly Trigger Manual Professional Development Trigger If you need to run other recurring system jobs that are not available for manual trigger, you will need to do so from PowerApps.
