Merging Records 101
In UX Online™, you also have the option to merge records when cleaning up your data. When duplicates are
detected based on your rule criteria, the system will allow you to merge the two records. Merging will combine
all the related records, notes, activities, and etc. The duplicate record, however, will be deactivated and will
remain in the system for historical reference.
To merge records, highlight 2 records in any record list view and click Merge from the list view toolbar.
