Update Your Settings
Another great option is to update your
Duplicate Detection Settings.
From the Administration work area, find
and click on Data Management. Then
click on Duplicate Detection Settings.
In the dialog, you have the option to enable
detection for when a record is
created/updated, when CRM for Outlook
comes online, and during an import.
Tip! If you do not see this setting, check
with your administrator to see if you have
the right security privileges.
