Refunds with AP Integration
At this point, if you do not have the GL and AP integrations, you will run the UX Refund Report to
identify the refund and use it as a reference when generating the voucher. We will now proceed as
though we have the integration.
Do not use this process if you do not have the UX Online™ GL Integration and the AP Integration.
This procedure will show you how to create GL detail and post to accounting at the same time. You can
manage these separately, depending on your organization’s business rules.
