Completing the Update
5 Select the Deceased Contacts queue, and then click Add.
6 At the Deceased Contact Utility window, click OK.
Note: The utility does not deactivate the contact’s record. If your
organization’s business rules require that a deceased contact’s record
should be deactivated, you must do that manually after you have
resolved any remaining open invoices.
