Copying an Existing Education Item
If you need to create an Education Item that has like characteristics of an existing Education Item , you can copy the existing Education Item to create a new one .
To copy an Education Item , navigate to the Education work area > Education Settings > Education Items to open a list of existing Active Education Item records .
Select the existing Education Item that you want to copy and select the Copy button on the list view toolbar to open the Copy Education Item dialog .
1 . Enter a unique Education Item Code . UX 365 does not allow duplicates . 2 . Enter an Education Item Name . 3 . Select OK to create the new Education Item .
The process will copy all elements of the existing record , including related Credits and Prerequisites , to the new Education Item record .
IMPORTANT
When using this feature , be sure to review the newly created Education Item to validate that the setup meets your requirements .
