Award Renewals
UX 365 creates an Award Renewal record for an Award when a customer first achieves an Award . Based on the Award setup , UX 365 also updates a contact ’ s Professional Designation . See Professional Designations for more information .
If the Award is not permanent , UX 365 creates additional Award Renewal records for the same Award when you run the Award Renewal Process . These records show the details of the Award renewal cycle , status , whether the recert / renewal requirements have been met during the renewal cycle , etc .
To access a customer ’ s Award Renewal records , open the customer ’ s record and selected Related tab to the far right of the record . From the list of related entities , select Related – Education > Award Renewals .
This opens the Award Renewal Associated View that displays all Award Renewal records for the customer .
