If Renewal Requirements Met = false and Paid On = NULL , then
• pay the invoice and
• add Education Activity ( fulfilled ) that is within the Credit Date From and Credit Date To period
Renewal Requirements Met = false but Paid On = IS NOT NULL , then
• add Education Activity ( fulfilled ) that is within the Credit Date From and Credit Date To period
Taking these actions will update the Award Renewal Status = Reinstate . UX 365 will also re-evaluate the Professional Designation , if appropriate .
Note UX 365 does not support reinstating an Award where the Cycle State = Past .
Award Process Log
The Award Process Log provides a view of all Award Renewal and Award Termination processes that have been run or are currently being run . The grid view identifies the date the process was run , the type of process , the renewal benefit , the expiration / paid thru date , the status , the batch number , the number of transactions processed upon completion , and the user who ran the process . If the process was run for a single customer , the customer ID will also be displayed .
Note There is no rollback process available for Award Renewal .
To view the list , navigation to the Education work area > Education Manager > Education Process Log .
The Award Process Log provides a quick overview of the status of all Award renewal processes that have been run . Each time you initiate an Award Renewal or Award Termination Process , the system will create a new record in this grid . If an error occurs during processing , the Process Status will reflect that an error occurred .
To view the details of an error , open the Award Process Log record . In the Process Error Log field , UX 365 records the specific details of the error that will be helpful for troubleshooting .
