Overview
Pricing in UX Online 365 is controlled by Price Lists and each Price List record has required fields for
Name, Currency, and Member (Yes/No), and Default (Yes/No).
UX 365 relies on Price List records to manage pricing structures for specific groups of customers in
your organization. For example, if your organization offers products or renewal benefits at one set
of prices for non-members in your base organizational currency and a different set of prices for
members in your base organizational currency, you will have two price list records: one for nonmembers
in your base organizational currency and one for members in your base organizational
currency.
Your UX 365 system can have as many price lists as needed for the different pricing structures that
your organization uses. However, UX 365 requires a minimum of two price lists in a single currency
environment:
• Non-member (Currency = US Dollar; Member = No)
• Member (Currency = US Dollar; Member = Yes)
If your organization is using multi-currency, UX 365 requires equivalent price lists for every
supported currency. For example, if your organization supports multi-currency for Euro and US
