Modifying Labels for Option Set Values 5 or 6 for One Address Type Field
If you need to modify the label of option sets 5 or 6 for one address type field during implementation , select the checkbox for address type , click the magnifying glass to display the existing values , and highlight to select the option set 5 or 6 that you want to modify . This will display the Label and Value for the selected option set .
Important
Protech strongly recommends that you maintain the OOTB set of option set values 1 through 4 for all address type fields across the account , contact , and customer address entities in the base Protech Customization solution .
Edit the label text , as you would if modifying an option set value through Customization . Do not modify the Value .
Select the Save button at the top left of the form . UX will display a confirmation dialog .
Select OK to continue . This will save and automatically publish the change to the selected address type field in the Protech Customization solution . As UX publishes the change , you may see a Progress dialog indicating that UX is publishing the entities .
Modifying Labels Option Set Values 5 or 6 for All Address Type Fields
If your address option set values are synchronized across all address type fields as recommended , you can modify the label of option sets 5 or 6 for all address type instances simply by selecting the checkbox for all address type fields when modifying the Label text for the selected option set .
