Overview
In previous versions of UX Online, users had access within the UX User Interface to search and
export audit change history directly from the UX Audit View. The UX Audit View has been deprecated
in UX 365 due to restrictions in the Dynamics 365 Azure environment.
Users still have the option to view global audit change history in the CRM Audit Summary View
(Administration > System > Auditing > Audit Summary View) or to view audit change history in
the site navigation for contact, account, invoice, invoice detail and most other entities in UX 365.
There is, however, no option to print results or define the search filters for the Dynamics CRM Audit
Change History.
To address the need to filter, view, and export audit change history, users can use the XRMToolBox
Audit History Extractor.
Note
This white paper assumes that the user has access to XRMToolBox, as well as an existing
XRMToolBox connection to the client’s Dynamics CRM org.
