How to assign Dynamics 365 security roles ?
Typically , it is easiest to identify an existing Dynamics 365 user account that has a similar role in your organization to the new user ( s ) and then match the existing user ’ s security roles .
1 . Click on the Setting gear on the right side of your navigation bar , then choose
Advanced Settings from the dropdown menu . 2 . Go to Settings | System | Security . 3 . Select Users to open your default users view . 4 . Click in the checkbox column to the left of the username . 5 . Click Manage Roles . 6 . Select one or more roles for the user ( s ), then click OK .

How to remove a Dynamics 365 license in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center ?

1 . Login to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with an account that is a Global , License or
User admin . 2 . In the admin center , go to the Billing | Licenses page . 3 . Select the product you want to remove a license for ( Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
Edition or Dynamics 365 Team Members ). 4 . On the product details page , click the circle to the left of the user ’ s name . 5 . Select Unassign licenses , then Unassign .
