Education Item Prerequisites
You can define prerequisites for an Education Item . Prerequisites can be one or more other Education Items ( Prerequisite Type = Education Item ) or an Award ( Prerequisite Type = Award ).
When setting Education Items as prerequisites for an Education Item , UX 365 ensures that the participant has fulfilled Education Activity for the prerequisite Education Item ( s ) before the participant is eligible for that Education Item . For example , assuming three Education Items using Prerequisite Type = Education Item :
1 . Ed Item A 2 . Ed Item B 3 . Ed Item C
You can set Ed Item A and Ed Item B as prerequisites for Ed Item C , where Prerequisites Orring = No in the Education Item setup . ( The Prerequisites Orring value determines whether all or just one prerequisite Education Items are required to enroll in the Education Item .) In this scenario , the participant is not eligible to enroll in Ed Item C until the participant has fulfilled Education Activity records for Ed Item A and Ed Item B .
