Education Activity records in a customer ’ s record are created by Education Items . They detail all the Education Items for which an individual has registered .
There are three delivery mechanisms for creating Education Activity records :
1 . They can be created by way of an invoice transaction for a meeting session that contains a related Education Item , where the invoice transaction serves as the delivery mechanism for creating the Education Item .
2 . They can be created by way of an invoice transaction for a product sale that contains a related Education Item , where the invoice transaction serves as the delivery mechanism for creating the Education Item . 3 . They can be created manually .
Regardless of the delivery mechanism , Education Items that create an Education Activity record can be used to satisfy an Award Track Requirement ( to achieve the Award ) or an Award Renewal Requirement ( to renew / maintain the Award ). They can also be used simply to record an Education Item that is unrelated to an Award as a means for tracking the education history of a customer .
