Credit Categories ( pa _ CreditCategory )
Credit categories are used to distinguish between types of credits earned . Creating these credit category records enables you to track a participant ' s progress against certification and recertification requirements . A client will use credit categories when setting up Education Items to label the credits a participant earns when Education Activity is fulfilled for that Education Item . A client will also use credit categories when setting the various components of an Award , including Education Items , Award Tracks , Track Requirements and Recertification Requirements :
There is no limit to the number of credit categories . See Creating Credit Categories for more information .
Education Item Types ( pa _ EducationItem . pa _ EdItemType )
If the client requires education item types that are not available in the UX 365 option set of picklist values , customize the education item types in the client custom solution by creating new picklist options following standard guidelines for customizing picklists . Do not delete or relabel out of the box values . Out of the box option set values include :
• 1 – Application
• 2 – Course
• 3 – Documentation
• 4 – Fee
Track Requirement Types ( pa _ TrackRequirement . pa _ ReqType )
