Save the Education Item to activate the remaining tabs for the record .
Upon Save , UX 365 updates the related Credits for the selected Education Item . Select the Credits tab to view the related Credits . The records in this view are based on the Education Item Credits setup .
Note Do not create new Credit records or modify existing Credit records . There is no logic to re-evaluate eligibility once the Education Activity Status Updated = Yes .
Updating Education Activity Credit Status
If the default Credit Status of an Education Item = Enrolled , once a customer satisfies the requirement , you will need to update the Education Activity for that requirement to reflect the change in status from Enrolled to Passed .
To access Education Activity records for a contact or an account , open the customer record and select the Related tab to view a list of related records . In Related – Education , select Education Activities to open the Education Activities Associated View .
Locate and open the appropriate Education Activity record and update the requisite fields :
• If the customer has fulfilled the course requirement , change the Credit Status to Passed . This will automatically change the Fulfilled option to Yes .
• If the participant has failed to meet the course requirement , change the Credit Status to Failed to track their unsuccessful attempt to fulfill this course . The Fulfilled option will not change .
• If the participant did not attend the course , change the Credit Status to No Show to track their non-attendance . The Fulfilled option will not change .
Click the Credits tab on the Education Activity record to view credits earned for this Education Activity .

Click Save & Close to save the Education Activity record and return to the Education Activity Associated View .
Once the UX Professional Development System Job runs , the customer ’ s Track Header Status / Track Details and the Eligibility View will be updated if the Education Activity record status was updated to Passed , if it fulfills a track requirement for an Award . The customer ’ s Award Renewal will be updated if
