Note You cannot enroll a contact for an Education Item through a meeting session registration if the related Education Item has prerequisite Education Item ( s ) or a prerequisite Award unless the contact has met the prerequisites . Selecting the session in the Add Sessions dialog will return an error next to the selected session indicating that the contact has not met the prerequisites . In addition , if a meeting session is linked to member-only Education Item , selecting the session in the Add Sessions dialog will return an error next to the selected session indicating that the customer has not met the prerequisites .
Cancelling the Meeting Session Registration
If the meeting session is later cancelled , UX 365 updates the Education Activity record status to Cancelled . The UX Professional Development System Job will update the Award Track Header and Track Header Details , as well as the Award Renewal Status records in the Award Renewal record .
Important Note UX365 does not reverse any Award earned if an Education Activity record is cancelled .
Tracking a Customer ’ s Progress toward Achieving an Award
Track Header and Track Header Details
The Track Header and related Track Header Detail records are created when the UX Professional Development System Job updates the Status Updated = Yes for Education Items where Fulfilled = Yes . In other words , when the system job updates the Status Updated = Yes for a fulfilled Education Activity that is a Track Requirement for an Award , UX 365 creates the Track Header and related Track Detail records that details on the Track and Track Requirements .
Use the Track Header and Track Details to drill down into the detail of the Track Requirement . Use the Eligibility View for a high-level view of a customer ’ s progress for achieving an Award .
To access the Track Header , open a customer ’ s record and selected Related tab to the far right of the record . From the list of related entities , select Related – Education > Track Header Status .
