• Invoice – This field is blank when Award Status = New . If Award Status <> New and an invoice is required for renewal , once the Award Renewal Process runs on this Award Renewal record , UX 365 updates this field with a link to the invoices created by that process .
• Prior Award Renewal – This field is blank when Award Status = New . Once the Award Renewal Process runs on this Award Renewal record , UX 365 updates this field with the prior award renewal ID .
• Override Price Type – This field is blank when Award Status = New . If you want to override the price for the invoice in the next
• Cycle State – All new Awards have a Cycle State = Current . An Award Renewal Record created by the Award Renewal Process will have a Cycle State = Upcoming . The UX Professional Development System Job updates this field based on the system date and Cycle End Date . If the system date is greater than the Cycle End Date , UX 365 updates the Cycle State = Past .
• Cycle Year – This reflects the calendar year of the Cycle Start Date .
• Cycle Start Date – When Award Status = New , system-controlled field based on the Award setup and the date the customer achieves the Award . System updates this field during Award Renewal based on the previous Cycle End Date + 1 day .
• Cycle End Date – When Award Status = New , system-controlled field based on the Award setup and the date the customer achieves the Award . System updates this field during Award Renewal based on the Cycle Start Date + the Award setup number of months , less 1 day .
• Credit Date From - This field is blank when Award Status = New . Once the Award Renewal Process runs on the Award Renewal record for an Upcoming cycle , UX 365 updates this field based on the Cycle Start Date of the prior renewal . The Credit Date From and Credit Date To define the period during which a customer must fulfill the Award Recert / Renew Requirements defined in the Award setup , if any .
• Credit Date To - This field is blank when Award Status = New . Once the Award Renewal Process runs on the Award Renewal record for an Upcoming cycle , UX 365 updates this field based on the Cycle End Date of the prior renewal . The Credit Date From and Credit Date To define the period during which a customer must fulfill the Award Recert / Renew Requirements defined in the Award setup , if any .
• Terminated On – This field is blank until the Award Termination Process runs on this Award Renewal record .
• Termination Reason – This field is blank until the Award Termination Process runs on this Award Renewal record , based on the Termination Reason selected during termination .
• Overridden Price – This field is blank when Award Status = New .
• If you want to override the price for the invoice that will be created for the next renewal cycle , enter the price here . UX 365 will rely on this value to create the invoice when you run the Award Renewal Process . This field is not related to the related renewal invoice , nor is it updated if you override the price in the existing related renewal invoice .
• If no invoice is required for renewal , this field remains blank and there is no need to enter a value .
