• Paid On – When Award Status = New , this field updates to the Award Created On date .
• If an invoice is required for renewal , once the Award Renewal Process runs on the Award Renewal record , this field is blank until the invoice is paid for the Upcoming Award Renewal record . UX 365 updates this field with the batch date for the invoice payment when payment in full is applied to the related renewal invoice .
• If no invoice is required for renewal , the field retains the Award Created On date and is not updated again during the lifecycle of system-created Award Renewal records .
Renewal Requirements Status
The Renewal Requirements Status tab of the Award Renewal record maintains the status of the Recert / Renew Requirements defined in the Award setup . The fields on this tab do not apply to Fee Only Awards or Permanent Awards as these awards do not have any Recert / Renew Requirements in the Award Setup . The information on this tab is maintained by UX 365 and is updated by the Professional Development Nightly Process . It is used by the Award Termination Process to evaluate records eligible for termination . See Terminating Awards for additional information . It is not used by the Award Renewal Process to evaluate records eligible for renewal . See Renewing Awards for additional information .
• Renewal Requirements Met – Refers to fulfillment of the Recert / Renewal Requirements identified in the Award setup , without regard to payment of a renewal invoice if one is required for renewal . Used only by the Termination Process .
• Total Credits Required to Renew – This field displays the value entered in the ‘ Credits Required to Renews field in the Award setup , if any , at the time the award renewal was created . There is no update to reflect changes in an Award setup after generating the award renewal . Changes to the Award setup must be made before generating award renewals .
• Total Credits Earned – Calculated field that displays the total of all Education Activity Credits earned during the Award Renewal ‘ Credit Date From ’ and ‘ Credit Date To ’ period for the Credit Categories identified in the Recert / Renewal Requirement record ( s ) type = Credit in the Award setup , if any .
