Award Renewal Status
Select Related > Award Renewal Status to view the records created by UX 365 during the Award Renewal Process . This view provides a list of all renewal requirements for the award renewal and the status of each .
For new Award Renewal records ( Award Status = New ), there will not be any records in this view . There are no renewal requirements , per se , as all new awards automatically are eligible for renewal since they met the requirements to achieve the Award .
For subsequent award renewals that have Recert / Renewal Requirements in the Award setup , UX 365 creates the records in the Award Renewal Status view during the award renewal process , based on the Recert / Renewal Requirements in the Award setup . There is no update to reflect changes in the Recert / Renewal Requirements of an Award setup after generating the award renewal . Changes must be made before the renewal is generated . The status of each requirement is displayed in this view and is updated nightly during the Professional Development Nightly Process that updates / evaluates the Education Activity records of the award customer .
• In order for an Award Renewal Status record for an Education Item ( Recert / Renewal Requirement record type does not equal Credits ) to be updated to Fulfilled , UX 365 evaluates the Education Item selected in Education Activity Record ( s ) and looks for a match to the Education Item in the Recert / Renewal Requirement record in the Award setup . When there is a match and that Education Activity record ’ s Activity Date falls within the Award Renewal ‘ Credit Date From ’ and ‘ Credit Date To ’ period , ‘ Credit Status ’ = Passed , ‘ Fulfilled ’ = Yes , and ‘ Status Updated ’ = Yes , the record is updated to fulfilled . The update is not dynamic .
• In order for an Award Renewal Status record for Credits ( Recert / Renewal Requirement record type = Credits ) to be updated to Fulfilled , UX 365 evaluates the Credits and Credit Category in the Customer ’ s Education Activity records and looks for a match to the Credit Category in the Recert / Renewal Requirement record type = Credits . When there are enough Credits with a matching Credit Category in one or more Education Activity records where Activity Date falls within the Award Renewal ‘ Credit Date From ’ and ‘ Credit Date To ’ period , ‘ Credit Status ’ = Passed , ‘ Fulfilled ’ = Yes , and ‘ Status Updated ’ = Yes , the record for Credits for that Credit Category is updated to fulfilled . The update is not dynamic .
